Improve working procedures
.....I know that this might sound a little hard to someone, but in order to be
better, I think that a motorcycle manufacturer should have someone like Armin working with every dealer at least for a month or two to improve their working procedures, I
think that every case has its own problems and at least up to today not
everything can be covered in books.
